
Yaram Art Manager Kaba spilled a bottle of Champagne to celebrate his first GFS League cup win after cruising past Parkview FC.
Parkview only needed a draw to secure their third successive league title in style but had no answer for the rampant Yaram Arts heavy weights.
This was their first season in the GFS LEAGUE but wasted no time in stating their claim as an incredible force. Despite losing their first game to Parkview 4-1 on the first day of the league action, it seemed quite ironic that they won the league on the last day with an equally emphatic 4-1 victory at Hackney.

The Inner City World Cup
This year’s Inner City World Cup would be held in Regents Park on the weekend of the 8th and 9th day of September. As expected a galaxy of talents would be on parade at this festive occasion. Thirty two nations would be vying to lift the World Cup. The Ghana UK Black Stars have lifted this cup twice and are gunning for an unprecedented third.

The GFS one day tournament kicked off at Hackney Marshes. The six teams, Parkview FC, Hackney FC, Yaram Arts, Dream Stars ,Soccer Stars and Republicans all turned up to compete for the cup.
